Today Infernum provided us with the latest patch notes for Dragon's Prophet.

New Content

• Localization Updates



Marketplace

• Added new item: "Seal-Breaking Scale Powder".
• Added new item: “Standard Costume Transformation Elixer”.
• Revised Dragon Insignia pricing.



Interface

• HP bar now also displays level and guild name

• When cursor is moved over player in the game, tooltip information shows player level and name

• HP bar now also displays level color, for each +-6 levels, it will change from red -> white -> gray

• Preview of armor and weapons sold in the NPC shop has been changed, and is now the same as in the marketplace

• Target player no longer receives any popup requests (party search, add friend, guild, trade and duel requests) when in battle or while capturing a dragon

• When sending a party request, if the other player is currently busy (in a battle, capturing, in a duel etc.), the message "Target is busy" will now be sent as feedback. Also, the player being invited will also see the message "XXX has sent you an invitation, but you are currently busy".

• Corrected bug that allowed text in message boxes to be selected, causing input methods to hang

• Corrected bug that caused the numerical energy bar to disappear at the bottom of the interface window when the player had insufficient money and attempted to enhance equipment, resulting in the player having to reopen the interface or attempt the enhancement again to get it to display properly




Skills

Guardian
• "Parry to counter attack" originally dealt 135% of physical damage; this has been changed to 20% of physical defense. (Increases damage by approx 30%)

• Expanded angle for attack range of "Sorrow Moon" from 90 to 170 degrees

• Corrected error in damage calculations for "Shield Slam" — the amount of damage will be double as compared to the current version (according to the description, the physical defense of the shield was used in calculations, but there was an error and the physical damage was used instead)

• Dragon Soul Skills
o Increased consumption of dragon soul points for "Blood Pumping" from 350 to 400
o Increased consumption of dragon soul points for "Lightwell" from 250 to 350
o Increased consumption of dragon soul points for "Downpour" from 250 to 300
o Increased consumption of dragon soul points for "Angel's Embrace" from 250 to 300
o Decreased consumption of dragon soul points for "Mark of Light" from 250 to 200
o Decreased consumption of dragon soul points for "Total Defense" from 500 to 400
o Decreased consumption of dragon soul points for "Guardian's Fury" from 250 to 200
o Decreased consumption of dragon soul points for "Blade of Protection" from 250 to 200
o Decreased consumption of dragon soul points for "Attack Trial" from 250 to 200
o The amount of damage Dragon Tornado causes a dragon to add has been increased from 40% to 75% of magic damage
o Description for "Blood Pumping" now correctly states that physical and magic damage are increased

• Corrected error that caused abnormal damage when the following dragon skills were upgraded

Dungeons

• Corrected problem with the elite mob "Corrupted Knight" in the Juno Crystal Gallery sometimes not appearing

• Corrected problem with the skill "Flying Claw" of "Fabled" series Rare Dragons keeping the player pinned down at one spot

• The Magic Grass summoned by the boss Koramos' Breath in the Accursed Tower is now summoned once every 30 seconds

• Adjusted the effect of the skill "Dragon Snarl" used by Koramos' Breath in the Accursed Tower. Originally, it dealt area damage, but now it restricts movement for 2 seconds after 5 seconds.

• The skill "Lethe Venom" used by the Magic Grass summoned by Koramos' Breath in the Accursed Tower originally dealt damage, but now it merely reduces the player's action points

• Corrected the problem whereby the skills "Warthorne's Fury" and "Warthorne's Breath" of the boss "Blind Fox - Audax Laphonso" in the Accursed Tower were only activated at the boss's location. Now these skills are cast at the player's location.

• In the Accursed Tower, the effect of skill "Dragon Snarl" which the boss "Blind Fox - Audax Laphonso" uses has been changed from area effect damage to an inability to use skills for 4 seconds.

• Corrected the problem whereby the boss "Blind Fox - Audax Laphonso" in the Accursed Tower did not weaken after using specific skills

• Corrected the problem with the boss "Devouring Death Dragon" not falling to the ground in the Juno Crystal Gallery




Guild

• Added permissions for guild technologies

• Added new guild technique "Storage Technology" (researching this technology will allow guild members who have the required permissions to use guild storage)

• Added new guild technology "Napolite Extraction" (researching this technology will allow guild members with Lv 30 and above to use the special Dragon Lair queue to schedule Napolite Extraction, thus obtaining rare Napolite series ore)

Dragons
• Dragon Lair scheduling item "Dragon Recording" has been changed to "Draconic Flute Extraction".

• Corrected the error in the Mottled Impcrown Dragon, which was summoned by a Draconic Flute.

• Dragon Training items in the Lair Scheduling are now of type "Special Schedule". Hence, the corresponding factors are only shown once "Schedule Details" has been selected.

• Corrected error that caused a Corrupted Knight that had been captured by players not to take any damage




Items

• Slightly increased the drop rate of Sealed Draconic Flutes

• Removed shield dyeing flag settings from costumes
o Before: Immortal Seraph Emblem, Darksteel Shield, Fatespinner Bulwark, Fatespinner Solid Shield
o After: Editing settings have been removed, all costume shields cannot be dyed (including normal shields)

• Message algorithm for bound items has been changed to first check if the item can be used. If it can, players will be informed that it will become bound when equipped. If it cannot, players will be informed directly (that it cannot be used).

• The existence time for the dragons summoned by Draconic Flutes has been changed from the original 3 mins to 6 mins. The cooldown time for using Draconic Flutes has also been changed from the original 2 mins to 3 mins.

• Corrected errors in the position of dragon equipment for some dragons (Umbral, Pale Radiance, Onyx Smoke etc.)

• Adjustments to the item:
‘Refined Qualified Lock Plate’
o Before: Error in icon and right-clicking to use it gave you 100 x Plate of Marbled Meat
o After: Icon has been corrected and you can no longer right-click to use
Housing

• Corrected problem with furniture being returned to backpack

• Corrected problem with furniture range being incorrectly calculated




Quest & Public Encounters

• Fixed problem with the monsters not being within the red circle in the quests "The Undead Invasion" and "Scary Virus". Now monsters can be found within the red circle on the map.

• Increased the amount of points for saving people in the first stage of the public encounter "Attacks from the Cave.
o Before: 6 points for the villagers in first part of stage 1
o After: Bring villagers from first part back to the Carriage; points increased to 15.

• Corrected bug that caused the monster "Red-Eared Archer" summoned by the boss in the Arboran Ruins in Bakra to drop the daily quest item "Goblin's Ear", which was already bound. Now a normal Goblin's Ear that is not bound will be dropped.

• Corrected graphical errors that appeared when transporting between different public encounter zones

• In order to avoid confusing the player, the map flag for the NPC "Nethergloom Scout" in the public encounter "Shadow Hunting" has been removed

• Corrected error that resulted in players being unable to report back for the quest "Pre-Emptive Strike"




Achievements

Edited strings for achievement conditions and completion conditions tooltip for the following achievements: "Glory of Laedis, "Glory of Wynnadia” , and "Glory of Korhala"

• Before “Glory of Laedis”:
o Kill any one dungeon boss from Aryna's Lair, Gaesis' Roost and/or Nyrol's Nest at Difficulty Level 2.
o Kill any 2 dungeon bosses from Aryna's Lair, Gaesis' Roost and/or Nyrol's Nest at Difficulty Level 2.
o Kill all dungeon bosses in the Juno Crystal Gallery with Difficulty Level 3 and above

• After “Glory of Laedis”:
o Kill one dungeon boss in Laedis at Difficulty Level 2.
o Kill any 2 dungeon bosses in Laedis at Difficulty Level 2.
o Kill all the dungeon bosses in the Juno Crystal Gallery of Laedis above Difficulty Level 3.


• Before "Glory of Wynnadia:
o Enter Corzine, the Nameless Keep, and/or the Well of Prophecy at difficulty level 2 and kill any one dungeon boss.
o Enter Corzine, the Nameless Keep, and/or the Well of Prophecy at difficulty level 2 and kill any 2 dungeon bosses.
o Kill all dungeon bosses in the Accursed Tower at level 3 or above

• After "Glory of Wynnadia:
o Kill one dungeon boss in Wynnadia at Difficulty Level 2.
o Kill 2 dungeon bosses in Wynnadia at Difficulty Level 2.


• Before "Glory of Korhala ":
o Enter the Deyarka Tunnel, the Tanarkin Quarry, and/or Aymori Sands at Difficulty Level 2 and kill any one dungeon boss
o Enter the Deyarka Tunnel, the Tanarkin Quarry, and/or Aymori Sands at Difficulty Level 2 and kill any two dungeon bosses
o Kill all the dungeon bosses in the Dunar Temple at or above Difficulty Level 3.

• After "Glory of Korhala ":
o Kill one dungeon boss in Korhala at Difficulty Level 2.
o Kill 2 dungeon bosses in Korhala at Difficulty Level 2.
o Kill all the dungeon bosses in the Dunar Temple at or above Difficulty Level 3.




Bugfixes

• Corrected issue with focus on hidden quest button where pressing the spacebar also caused this button to be pressed, toggling between show/hide for quest tracking

• Removed text message when generating the Negative Spirit in the Accursed Tower:
o Before: When resurrecting in the Accursed Tower after death, there was a chance you would not receive Negative Thoughts.
o After: The position flag for triggering the white box for Negative Thoughts has been modified, allowing it to correctly trigger the state of "Negative Thoughts"

• Corrected error whereby XP value was still shown even when dragon skills had reached their upper limit.

• Corrected bug that sometimes caused a client crash when viewing character info.

• Corrected problem affecting the display of the amount of diamonds required to activate the next field in the Dragon Lair and Dragon Pen. The amount required to progress to the next field is now correctly displayed for each field.

• Corrected problem with gold first being collected before the message appears that the forgetting of a skill has failed when player tries to forget a skill.

• When canceling buffs from the Marketplace items "Beginner Experience Potion ", "Intermediate Experience Potion", "Advanced Resurrection Potion", "Beginner Dragon Soul Essence", "Intermediate Dragon Soul Essence", "1-day Protective Agent", "3-day Protective Agent" and "7-day Protective Agent", a query window will pop up with the string "Cancel the effect of……” to request a final confirmation, thereby preventing the player from accidentally clicking the wrong button.

• Fixed the problem that caused dungeon bosses in the Juno Crystal Gallery, the Accursed Tower and in the Dunar Temple at Difficulty Level 2 and above to drop equipment with white-level rarity.
o Before: There was a chance that large dungeon bosses at Difficulty Level 2 and above would sometimes drop white-level equipment
o After: Large dungeon bosses at Difficulty Level 2 and above only drop blue-level equipment

• Fixed bug that allowed the Corrupted Knight in the Juno Crystal Plateau to be captured
o Before: The Corrupted Knight could be captured by players like a dragon, and once the capture was successful, there was a problem with the AI, making it unable to attack properly
o After: The Corrupted Knight in the Juno Crystal Plateau can no longer be captured by players. Now the Corrupted Knight that players have will not be affected, and the AI will function properly

• Corrected the problem whereby the bank NPC name and HP were not shown in Laedis. Now the name and HP are shown.

• Corrected bug that caused the two Contaminator corpses to attack players when they got within range. These monsters no longer sneak up on players unexpectedly.

• Corrected female gunblade movement errors

• Originally, if an auction was canceled, the item would be returned to the player in his mailbox in a letter. This has been changed, and the item is now sent to the player's backpack. If the backpack is full, auctions cannot be canceled.

• Corrected error that resulted in strange movements when pressing the Z key to equip weapon while riding a mount. Now players will be unable to equip a weapon while on a mount.

• Corrected problem whereby no movement was displayed when the Z key is pressed to equip or un-equip a two-handed hammer

• Corrected problem with overlapping music at the beginning of the Beginner's Tutorial

• Corrected problem that sometimes caused nothing to be generated when extracting an Unidentified Draconic Flute. The original chance of producing items remains unchanged, but there is now an additional 100% chance of obtaining a gray-level item (Shattered Ore) when extracting an Unidentified Draconic Flute.

• Corrected error with quest icon when activities are displayed on the large map

• Corrected bug that sometimes prevents players from entering the Beginner's Tutorial

• Standardized the raw materials required for white-level rarity shields and capes

• Fixed VO overlap issues

• Adjusted damage for the wild mouse skill "Bacterial Infection"
o Before: Fixed damage of 187
o After: Damage now takes into account monster level and monster damage
